Using this services the user takes complete liability for messages sent that will be publicly published in real time (both on the chat and on the message board). CAMXCAM, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or its suppliers cannot be liable for any damages arising from messages published on the site. With the cooperation if the site the competent authority (the "Telecommunications Police") can find the responsible user.
The user is aware that participating to this community he may be expelled from the site and its services. USER’S AGREEMENT: Login and Subscription to CAMXCAM.NET
The equipment (computer, applications, etc…) that makes possible the access to the site services, internet and all subscriptions costs for the necessary service are all on charge of the subscriber.
To subscribe to CAMXCAM.NET it is necessary to be 18 years old or more. All blanks on the subscription form must be filled in. All information must be true and correct. The subscriber must inform CAMXCAM.NET immediately of any change to the information given in the subscription, if possible the subscriber must directly update his profile.
If all subscribing conditions are respected each user can have more than one nick name (alias) and one or more passwords for each service subscribed (Internet, SMS). Passwords are strictly personal and secret and must not be told or shared with others. In no case CAMXCAM.NET can be considered liable for the loss of the of nick names and password by an user. Any improper use of this information will be immediately punished with the closure of the user’s account without any warning.
The subscriber will be liable for any use of his nick name and password made by third parties and for all statement made by using his account. CAMXCAM.NET is not liable for any improper use of personal passwords.
CAMXCAM.NET cannot grand the real identity of subscribers, for this reason it is not liable for any false declaration made by the subscribers. If a anyone suspects someone else is using his personal account or name he must immediately inform CAMXCAM.NET on the form (http://www.camxcam.net/adv/contact.asp).
If a subscriber introduces a friend and gives CAMXCAM.NET his data, he must have previously received the friend’s authorization for privacy data treatment for CAMXCAM.NET, the subscriber is responsible for all abuses and consequences due to the communications of this personal data to CAMXCAM.NET.
CAMXCAM.NET can block accounts unused for 3 or more months. The count starts from the last login to CAMXCAM.NET.

TERMS OF USE of CAMXCAM.NET
After subscribing the user will be able to use the serviced offered by CAMXCAM.NET.
During the use of this service the user will:
Respect the laws of the country where the services are used and respect the rights of third parties.
Wont use CAMXCAM.NET for working or commercial purposes (clients finding, allurement or prostitution).
Publish and diffuse only true information.
Wont publish or diffuse in any way contents that may damage anyone’s right, be defamatory to anyone, that may be injurious, indecent, offensive, violent or that instigate to violence, politics, racism and all contents different to the chat purpose, all contents against law, rules or ethic. All pictures, photos, video and all information or file supplied by a Camxcam’ member must be decent and regarding the member itself.
Wont publish on CAMXCAM.NET any personal information regarding other members of CAMXCAM.NET (e-mail address, mail address, phone number, etc…) that will let other users be able to contact this members outside CAMXCAM.NET.
Wont publish or diffuse in any way any information or content (like applications, viruses, Trojan horses, spamming etc…) that may cause management problems or block the services provided by the site, or that may stop or slow down normal communication between the members.
Wont publish or diffuse any information or link about any other sites that may be illegal, have indecent or non-ethic contents or be out of CAMXCAM’ purpose.
In case of violation of one or more of the rules above by any user, CAMXCAM.NET has the right to block the accounts responsible of this violations, delete messages that may have caused problems, forbid the publishing of a profile (all of it or just in part) and/or block the access of this user, totally or partially, in a temporary or definitive way, without any refund.
CAMXCAM.NET is not liable for any false declarations made by a subscriber. Please take all safety measures in case of personal meetings with other members.
CAMXCAM.NET take no responsibility on personal meetings between members or between members and non-members known trough the sites and its services.
Please remind that it is not allowed to diffuse any personal information like mane, e-mail address, mail address, phone number etc…to other Camxcam’ members through the site.
It is possible to publish the mobile phone’s number only by sending an SMS message to the staff. Warning: before a first personal meeting inform someone of you family or friends and chose a public place to meet (bar, restaurant, etc…).

RULES ON COPYRIGHT
All trade marks, logos, graphic, photos, animations, videos and text inside the site www.camxcam.net are property of CAMXCAM.NET, they cannot be reproduced, used or configured without CAMXCAM.NET’ permission, legal measures will be taken against violators.
Copyrights given by CAMXCAM.NET to the subscribers are limited to the login, download, print, copy over any hardware (hard disk, floppy disk, CD-Rom, etc…) and use just for personal purposes, strictly during the subscription period to CAMXCAM.NET.
Any other use made by the subscriber with out CAMXCAM.NET previous authorization is strictly forbidden. The subscriber cannot change, copy, reproduce, download, diffuse, transmit or take advantage commercially and/or distribute in any way the services, the web pages of the site www.camxcam.net, or any software related to the services and the site.

CAMXCAM.NET has licence to use copyrights on contents supplied by subscribers for the publishing on the site www.camxcam.net.
This licence includes the right to reproduce and represent the contents concerning the subscriber (information, images, videos etc…), on all or just on part of the site www.camxcam.net, on e-mails from CAMXCAM.NET and inside programs or advertisement.
This licence makes CAMXCAM.NET free to modify this contents respecting the graphic of the site www.camxcam.net and/or make them suitable for the applications.
Subscribers cannot copy, reproduce or use in other ways the contents of other subscribers except for strictly personal use of the services for personal purposes.

CONTRACT RESOLUTION
Each user can close its subscription to CAMXCAM.NET in any moment without any reason. To do this go on the tools in your Myzone.

In case of violations to this regulation by the user CAMXCAM.NET can resolve or erase the user’s account at any time with out any warning, and institute any legal action necessary against the user for the refund of all damages and losses caused by this violations.
The subscriber will be warned of the closure or get the confirm of the closure of his account by e-mail. All personal data of the user will be destroyed after 6 months or on user’s claim.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
All information given to CAMXCAM.NET by the subscriber must be true and correct. The subscriber is completely liable for all consequences due to the diffusion of this or information about other members.
CAMXCAM.NET is not liable for untruthful or incorrect information given by subscribers.
CAMXCAM.NET is not liable for the diffusion of any content that can violate rights of any other member.
In case CAMXCAM.NETwill be considered liable for any violation made by a subscriber, the subscriber will make his self responsible for any duty recognized by law and will cover all legal duties and costs charged to CAMXCAM.NET.
